Tal situación no se da solo en el Congreso, sino también en las asambleas departamentales y en los concejos municipales.. No se sabe, con certeza cuales son las cifras de ese repugnante delito pero, es seguro, que ocurre con mayor frecuencia de lo que se piensa. Los casos denunciados son escasos, por cuanto los empleados se someten a ese atropello para conservar su trabajo en un país donde conseguir trabajo es casi como ganarse la lotería.
Muchas veces el abuso no se limita a la extorsión económica sino también al abuso sexual cuando las personas empleadas, por recomendación política son mujeres, más aún si son jóvenes y bonitas. Esto no es un secreto. Es solo un aspecto de la asquerosa corrupción política que impera en Colombia.
