La Mesa Directiva, del año 2021, escogió a la universidad del Valle, para que, mediante examen de conocimiento, definiera terna, de donde saldría el Agente Fiscalizador Regional.
El orden proporcionado por El Alma Mater colocó a una joven profesional, con el máximo puntaje:
- Leidy Julieth Perea
- Alexander Salguero
- Andrés Felipe Vanegas Mosquera
Sin embargo, ocho de los doce Diputados, sin el más mínimo recato y obedeciendo a instrucciones politiqueras de sus Jefes, votaron por quien presentó el menor puntaje.
De paso, esos Diputados proporcionaron una brutal Bofetada a la Mujer y sorprendieron a la población huilense, que considera una muestra fehaciente de corrupción, total dependencia de los miembros de la corporación, impresionante falta de Ética y desconocimiento al valor humano de la mujer.

Hubo apresuramiento de la presidencia de la Asamblea por el nombramiento, acto que bien pudo efectuarse después del proceso eleccionario.
El candidato elegido tiene impedimentos éticos, que conocen cada miembro de la Asamblea, como: ser novio de la alcaldesa de Palermo, mantuvo contratos oficiales recientes con alcaldías como la de Aipe y Baraya, su prometida en calidad de mandatario palermuna adelantó lobby con varios diputados para ese nombramiento, hubo compromisos electorales para efectuar esa designación, fue el menor puntaje en calificación de conocimientos.
