La primera asamblea presencial de la Cooperativa de Servicios Financieros de Asturias, evidenció impactos de la pandemia en sus diversos proyectos.
Los delegados de Coop57Asturies, además, puntualizaron el proyecto Bosque de Fungi – FungiNatur, uno de los 20 que integran esa empresa del sector solidario.
Además de revisar memoria y cuentas estatales, la asamblea sirvió de marco para contrastar apreciaciones sobre cómo había afectado la pandemia a los proyectos locales, y qué perspectivas se prevén en la postpandemia.
Y se evidenció que han sido muchas las afectaciones y dificultades, pero también variadas para cada uno de los proyectos. De tipo económico, para quienes no han podido distribuir sus productos de forma normalizada, o realizar sus actividades formativas, o han visto sus ingresos deteriorados por burocracias prolongadas; de tipo anímico para las personas que han sentido restricciones de forma notoria a sus acciones comunitarias, en incluso los propios planes de la cooperativa afectados en algunos de los eventos preparados, extensión, difusión de la herramienta, aniversario 25 de la entidad estatal, que se han visto en la tesitura de aplazarse.
En el excepcional paraje de bosque astur, y tras explicaciones de cómo se realiza un pequeño edificio en técnica de bioconstrucción con todos los elementos sacados de las inmediaciones de la finca, la asamblea congregaba a la mayoría de las entidades que agrupan la cooperativa (socios de servicios que utilizan o no la herramienta financiera, o bien que quieren impulsar este modelo de economía social y solidaria), y algunas de las personas socias ahorradoras (cuyos ahorros -por fuera de la “banca armada”- permiten los créditos para el impulso de los proyectos de contenido solidario, social, ético). Otras no pudieron todavía llegar, pero se implican de alguna forma en los grupos de trabajo que permiten la participación y la toma de decisiones, la comisión social, la comisión técnica, o el consejo de sección astur (especie de junta directiva), a las que mandata y orienta la asamblea.
Tiempo hubo asimismo para compartir alimentos traídos por cada asociada, sin faltar productos hechos en el propio Cabranes, como los ya citados y sabrosos hongos, o la Asturcilla que elabora Kikiricoop.

Entre las perspectivas comentadas y propuestas estuvieron la recuperación de planes relacionados con la difusión de la herramienta, que puede abarcar a espacios como la Universidad y su facultad de económicas, el propio parlamento astur (dado que salieron a relucir aspectos legislativos que perjudican al cooperativismo), o los sindicatos, en comparativa de otros lugares (como Colombia) donde el espacio cooperativo se ha desarrollado bajo fuerte apoyo sindical y en paralelo a la reivindicación obrera.
En conversatorios a preparar, que podrían ser sobre las diferencias cruciales entre banca tradicional y “armada” que interviene decisivamente en el comercio de armamento y por lo mismo en propiciar las guerras, y la banca ética que elimina esa posibilidad, o sobre “el Modelo” impuesto a toda velocidad en el centro de Asturias con empresas extranjeras a las que se someten acrítica y sumisamente las decisiones políticas, urbanísticas, laborales y de propia soberanía territorial, a costa del empleo local, de los derechos laborales, del destrozo de la pequeña empresa y comercio local.
A los más de 20 millones que maneja la cooperativa en el estado, hay que complementar otro medio millón que se utiliza en formato de Fundación Coop57, siempre en alianza y para fortalecer iniciativas de movimientos sociales diversos.
