La estrategia Alcancías empresariales, en el corto lapso de funcionamiento ha beneficiado a más de medio millar de colaboradores de diferentes empresas en el Huila, revela un reporte entregado por la Caja de Compensación Familiar, entidad que lo puso en vigencia.
El proyecto “Alcancías Empresariales” busca educar a los colaboradores en el ahorro, promoviendo la autogestión a través de un proceso de formación financiera, con bajos intereses, estabilizando los ingresos de los hogares que conlleva a mejorar el clima organizacional.
“En esta oportunidad tenemos más de 45 empresas en la estrategia y realmente para COMFAMILIAR es satisfactorio saber cómo los trabajadores con el apoyo de sus empresas han hecho un esfuerzo, han ahorrado y hoy tienen unos buenos resultados gracias al respaldo nuestro” señala Tania Beatriz Peñafiel, Coordinadora de Servicios Educativos de COMFAMILIAR.
El sector empresarial resaltó los resultados que ha arrojado en colaboradores y en las mismas organizaciones que acogieron la estrategia.
Para Diana Patricia Rojas, Directora Administrativa Ladrillera Andina S.A. COMFAMILIAR con esta estrategia ha logrado una motivación en el ahorro entre los colaboradores, donde ellos tienen derecho a préstamos y un beneficio, porque tienen fondos cuando se les presenta una calamidad o incapacidad a través de préstamos internos y esas ganancias son para nosotros mismos.
“Hoy me llevo la convicción de que realmente es excelente lo del ahorro para implementarlo en nuestro grupo y sobre todo las experiencias de las personas que se han beneficiado enormemente de Alcancías empresariales de COMFAMILIAR”, precisó Doris Castillo Oriflame.

Today, I went to the beach with my children.
