La ejecución del billonario contrato 4G Neiva-Pitalito-Santana (Ruta 45) y por consiguiente el arreglo del paso Periocongo, ente Altamria y Timaná y, el plan remedial, continúa siendo la oportunidad para falsas informaciones oficiales respaldadas por la “dirigencia” política regional, para calmar a crédulos e ingenuos habitantes del Huila, Caquetá y Putumayo.
Las perniciosas revelaciones del Gobierno Nacional, apoyadas por intervenciones del Presidente de las República, ministros y directores de instituciones descentralizadas y la administración seccional, sobre la cesión del contrato y la iniciación de obras en Pericongo, incluyendo fechas y presupuestos adicionales, han sido hasta el momento anuncios mendaces.
Como “contentillo” se instaló en Pitalito, el Comité de Veeduría institucional para las obras de la Ruta 45, acto al que concurrieron: Manuel Felipe Gutiérrez viceministro de Infraestructura, Carlos Julio González Villa, gobernador, Diputados de la Asamblea Departamental del Huila, Ariel Rincón, alcaldes el presidente de la Cámara de Comercio de Neiva, y la dirigencia gremial de Huila, Putumayo y Caquetá.
Este comité realmente entrará a funcionar, una vez se defina si hay cesión del contrato o liquidación y tendrá como objetivo hacer cumplir la ejecución de la obra, mientras tanto el grupo será un invitado a nada.

Los presidentes Ejecutivos de las Cámaras de comercio del Huila, Caquetá y Putumayo
Los Personeros de Neiva y Pitalito
El Presidente del Comité Cívico del SUCOLOMBIANO y
el representante de la USCO.
Se afirma que el paso de Pericongo se soluciona con la construcción de un viaducto que tiene un costo cercano a los $6.000 millones y debe incluirse en la inversión de la ruta 45, mediante adición.
Es destacable, el trabajo que adelanta el reactivado Comité Cívico para el Desarrollo del Sur colombiano y el interés que ha colocado la Cámara de Comercio de Neiva, gracias a los cuales, por lo menos, el tema se mantiene vigente, así la solución solo que concrete en el transcurso del año 2.022.
LA INCERTIDUMBRE
La primera autoridad civil del Huila durante intervención en la formalización del Comité de Veeduría, reiteró anuncios, pero no despejó ningún tipo de incertidumbre.
«La obra está en proceso de caducidad, presionándose la cesión de este contrato. Está claro que de tener que caducar, inmediatamente el plan remedial contiene la intervención de Pericongo y están los recursos en la subcuenta: 120 mil millones ha asegurado el Gobierno Nacional. Están los estudios y diseños del viaducto y la intervención de 1.5 kilómetros de Pericongo, además de la rehabilitación y la transitabilidad integral de la vía, incluyendo la rehabilitación de Pitalito-San Agustín por parte de INVÍAS, si se produce la reversión de contrato», precisó el Gobernador
