A tono con las movilizaciones ciudadanas que en toda América Latina están reaccionando contra la aplicación de las políticas neoliberales generadoras de desigualdad, los colombianos, la inmensa mayoría, nos movilizaremos el próximo 24 de noviembre para, también, hacer patente nuestra indignación y rechazo hacia un modelo económico que nos margina de cualquier oportunidad de progreso social.
Las razones de la protesta de este paro nacional son todas. Como lo señala la propaganda difundida por los organizadores es una movilización contra “el paquetazo de Duque”. Que si lo traducimos al buen romance podríamos decir que son una serie de medidas que profundizan las recetas neoliberales aplicadas en el país desde 1990.
La reforma laboral, por ejemplo, que avanza hacia la eliminación de todo tipo de normas en las relaciones entre capital y trabajo, en donde la remuneración se podrá hacer por horas, sin estabilidad laboral, sin prestaciones sociales acordes a un salario justo y estable, es la culminación de la “flexibilización laboral” impuesta de manera integral desde el primer gobierno de Uribe.
La reforma pensional, una solución final soñada por las élites del gran capital, está orientada a no pensionar casi a nadie y el que lo haga tendrá que hacerlo “con sus propios ahorros”, según expresión del ministro de Hacienda, mientras que los ahorros obligatorios de los trabajadores irán a parar a los fondos de ahorro privados – AFP’s – que los usarán para hacer pingües negocios, como hoy lo hace Sarmiento Angulo en las vías 4G.
La propuesta del “holding financiero” es una privatización camuflada. Es tomar los ingresos de las empresas gubernamentales no financieras para entregar su manejo a una empresa privada experta en el manejo de liquidez, donde, obviamente las ganancias de la intermediación serán del privado, reduciendo al mínimo los ingresos públicos.
Y, así, sucesivamente. Tarifas de servicios públicos, peajes, impuestos…, subirán para los asalariados y los empresarios no monopolistas, mientras los que ganan, los dueños del gran capital, no solo no pagan lo que deberían de acuerdo a sus ganancias, sino que, se los rebajan como lo están proponiendo nuevamente en la reforma tributaria que se les cayó en la corte.
Mientras tanto, el sector social educación, salud, agua potable y saneamiento básico, vivienda…, seguirán no solo sufriendo el saqueo de sus recursos por las políticas privatizadoras, sino que, verán reducir proporcionalmente en los presupuestos oficiales las asignaciones.
Si estas y tantas otras medidas que se han venido aplicando a lo largo de 30 años no son razones válidas para protestar y exigir el cambio de modelo, entonces ¿cuáles?
Los sacudones de América Latina en Chile, Ecuador, Perú, Argentina, México, son el comienzo de un gran cambio en la región. Es imparable y, los colombianos ahí estaremos.
