La acción terrorista se registró en el sitio La Vaca de la via Neiva – San Luís.
Pronunciamiento
El Presidente Petro rechazó ataque contra la Policía en el Huila y lo consideró como un saboteo a la paz total.
Bogotá, 2 de septiembre de 2022.
“Rechazo contundentemente el ataque con explosivos donde murieron ocho policías en San Luis, Huila. Solidaridad con sus familias”. Así se pronunció el Presidente de la República, Gustavo Petro, ante este hecho de violencia contra integrantes de la Policía Nacional.
En su cuenta de Twitter, el Jefe de Estado también consideró que el ataque “expresa un claro saboteo a la paz total. He pedido a las autoridades desplazarse al territorio para asumir la investigación”.
Es así que solicitó al Director de la Policía Nacional, General Henry Sanabria, y a los Ministros del Interior, Alfonso Prada, y de Defensa, Iván Velásquez, llegar a la zona del atentado y coordinar las acciones que el hecho amerita e instalar el Puesto de Mando Unificado por la Vida (PMU).
De igual manera, informó que una comisión especial de la Fiscalía General de la Nación llegará a San Luis, con el fin de adelantar las pesquisas de rigor.
