Gústele o no a quien no le gustare, particularmente a los que con perfidia pretenden volver trizas los acuerdos de paz para que nos sigamos matando y ellos reinando con la política sangrienta que ejercen con la enseña infame de la guerra, porque permitirles que la hagan es la médula de esos acuerdos – cambiar las balas por los votos-, que si no se cumplen honrando el Estado su palabra, sencillamente sería ponerles una carga de profundidad por parte del mismo Estado dándole gusto a estos halcones que labran su éxito político sobre la mortandad y la desgracia del pueblo colombiano.
Y es que no puede ser posible, que a una semana de que comiencen las inscripciones de candidatos para el Congreso y a seis meses de las elecciones presidenciales y cuando las FARC están constituidas como partido político y han lanzado sus candidatos, se le estén poniendo talanqueras a su participación política pretendiendo hacerle conejo ya no a los acuerdos, sino a la misma paz pues impedirla es dinamitarla, sobre todo acudiéndose como ya es usual en este país a la filigrana leguleya de que están inhabilitados para postularse, cuando existe ya una reforma constitucional avalada por la Corte Constitucional contenida en el Acto Legislativo 01 de 2017, que en su artículo 20 transitorio dispuso precisamente que se suspendían las condenas y que las sanciones que emitiera la Jurisdicción Especial para la Paz no podían afectar los derechos políticos de los ex guerrilleros, en la interpretación cabal de que al quedar suspendidas las condenas ordinarias también lo estaban por el acuerdo superior las inhabilidades que les impedían hacer política, por la potísima razón como se ha dicho que esa fue la esencia de la dejación de armas por parte de los subversivos para que se les permitiera hacer política con ideas.
Que ahora salgan los leguleyos que tenemos a porrillo que privilegian la ley sobre la Constitución para poner en riesgo la participación política de las FARC y el mismo proceso de paz afirmando que existe un vacío legal en materia de inhabilidades para que lo comandantes guerrilleros puedan hacer política, no es más que una estrategia jurídica de mala fe, que en todo caso estaría resuelta en ausencia de una ley específica aplicando la excepción de inconstitucionalidad sobre esas leyes que según el registrador Juan Carlos Galindo impiden su inscripción para que prime la norma que ya hace parte de la Constitución, que es ni más ni menos la misma paz que ahora estamos palpando que es un valor supremo que debe estar por encima de cualquier leguleyada que se pretenda invocar para torpedearla.
En este país donde las inhabilidades legales para hacer política han sido un canto a la bandera que no ha impedido la participación de criminales que han ocupado un Congreso que llegó a tener la tercera parte de parapolíticos, ahora se acuda a ellas jugando con candela cuando hay un acuerdo superior que permite la participación política de las FARC para tratar de consolidar la paz.
Como colombiano que soy y con los mismos derechos de quien escribio esta sarta de artimañas para convencer al pueblo a tragarse algo que a la postre lo va a envenena, hago enfasis de que el pueblo colombiano nunca estubo de acuerdo ni pidio negociar con narcoterroristas comunistas asesinos se nos consulto supuestamente porque el pueblo es en ultimas quien deside y dijimos NO pero nos robaron el plebiscito y de hay en adelante todo lo que se hizo con el cuento de la paz es ilegal amamos mucho a nuestro pais y no se lo vamos a dejar a los criminales para que lo destruyan eso nunca.
