Funestamente, producto de la corrupción rampante y la impunidad, este es un país de mafias de todo pelaje, pero lo más grave para una sociedad, es la existencia de mafias en todas las ramas del poder público, y particularmente en la Justicia a todo nivel desde las altas Cortes, dónde ya sabemos vergonzosamente somos el único país del mundo con cartel de la toga, por cuenta del procesamiento penal de 4 expresidentes: uno de la Corte Constitucional y tres de la Corte Suprema, dos ya condenados por fortuna por la misma Corte Suprema, que volvió por los fueros de la Justicia por la villanía del accionar criminal de los más encopetados jueces que deben dar ejemplo de pulcritud en sus cargos, que han desprestigiado a la rama judicial ante la opinión pública que no cree en ella, integrada y también hay que decirlo, en su mayoría por jueces decentes y pulcros en el ejercicio de su sagrado magisterio.

Por eso, y no lo digo yo, sino la misma presidenta de la Comisión Nacional de Disciplina Judicial que estuvo recientemente en nuestro departamento, la magistrada Magda Victoria Acosta, que con valor civil que hay que reconocerle, sin pelos en la lengua afirmó que “existen mafias en la justicia entre jueces y abogados que estamos trabajando”, con fundamento en la cruda realidad corruptora en la justicia y sabe por qué lo dice, como que, a su jurisdicción llegan las quejas que son multitud contra abogados, jueces, fiscales y magistrados de todo el país.

Y no pudo ser más descarnada su descripción que tengo que citar textualmente: “Existen unas verdaderas mafias donde están todos los involucrados. Desafortunadamente encontramos abogados, jueces y hasta empleados judiciales que se prestan para realizar amaños de reparto… Eso nos lleva a plantearnos que está pasando en el Atlántico y en todas las jurisdicciones, porque hay quejas de todo lado, como la jurisdicción civil, que se está inmiscuyendo en temas de tierras y hay jueces que se están prestando para legalizar títulos o para proteger poseedores irregulares en procesos de familia”.

Mejor dicho, una desgraciada tragedia para una sociedad donde se puede corromper todo menos la sal de la Justicia, porque entonces nada será posible hacer con decencia y pulcritud, a lo cual hay que agregarle las legiones de abogados que salen desprovistos de ética y principios, frenéticos por enriquecerse como sea, que arman verdaderos carteles dentro de la rama como empleados litigando dentro de ella, de la mano de oficinas -en sentido criminal- de abogados, para ganar o hacer perder procesos a su amaño corruptor y afán de lucro infame, que no se puede controlar por la sempiterna morosidad para resolver esta clase de crímenes contra la justicia, que en otras latitudes son sancionados con la mayor severidad. De ahí la necesidad que reclama la presidenta de la Comisión para que se le entreguen más dientes a la jurisdicción disciplinaria para poder sancionar con celeridad a quienes mancillan gravemente el ejercicio del derecho y la Justicia para rescatar su credibilidad.
