Cinco Usuarios del Estrato socio-económico más rico de Neiva adeudan más de 7 millones de pesos en servicio de acueducto a Las Ceibas EPN, en tanto que 4 mil 600 de los pobres tienen una cuenta superior a los 7 mil 400 millones por este mismo servicio.
Es la primera vez en la historia de estas empresas que se revelan datos de esta naturaleza, porque generalmente, se mostraban cuentas por pagar pero sin develar que tipo de estrato el más irresponsable en el cumplimiento de estas obligaciones.
DETALLES
La Gerente de las Ceibas EPN, Cielo Ortiz Serrato, al parecer con la autorización de la Junta Directiva y el respaldo de la oficina jurídica, dispuso la suspensión del servicio de acueducto a todo deudor moroso
El operativo de corte y retiro de las acometidas se realizará para los casos que registren deudas de entre 6 meses y 10 años, priorizando los sectores comercial, industrial, oficial y los estratos 4, 5 y 6.
Lo curioso del caso y donde se evidencia el impresionante desorden de Las Ceibas EPN, está en que el usuario cumplido, cuando no cancela LA SEGUNDA FACTURA, le suspenden el servicio inmediatamente, a través de una firma tercerizada, por lo que no existe explicación para que hoy existan retrasos en todos los sectores por más de UN AÑO.

Buenos dias, señores que esta pasando en el sector sur, especificamente manzanares 5 etapa desde diciembre solo por ratos llega el agua hoy lunes llego a las 4am y a esta hora ya se fue, que esta pasando, la factura no rebaja y dicen que es aire.
Doctora gerente estamos cansados que nos llegue una mala calidad de agua potable en nuestras casas ya que nosotros nos toca lavar todos los días las albercas para que no coja saltones
