“Soy una víctima más junto a mis tres hijos, luego de la toma guerrillera de 1987 nos cambió la vida para siempre. El 6 de agosto de ese año, se presentó un evento de suma gravedad, el ataque a la estación de policía por parte de las Farc, esta acción se desarrolló en medio de una negociación de paz entre el Estado y esta guerrilla, ellos habían pactado un cese al fuego, que se rompió a raíz de este ataque.
Miembros del Frente 13 de las Farc, lanzaron contra el puesto de policía dos bombas, además de un incesante tiroteo de más de 7 horas dejando a un policía, dos civiles y varios guerrilleros muertos. Uno de los civiles muertos, era mi esposo, Luis Eliberto Parra León.
A nivel familiar, estos hechos significaron daños incalculables, hay afectaciones que nunca se reparan, como lo es, que mis hijos hayan crecido sin su figura paterna, sin su amor y su protección. Esta tragedia, no fue solo para mi familia, fue el acabose de una región prometedora; la guerra nos dejó como herencia la desvalorización de las tierras, desplazamientos masivos, estigmatización, miedo, zozobra, silencio y con ello la pérdida de la perdida de nuestras costumbres, afectaciones psicológicas, normalización de la muerte y la denominación de zona roja, el lugar donde nadie quería venir, vivir y menos invertir” contó Nur Collazos Silva, víctima de la toma guerrillera del año 1987.

Otro de los relatos, estuvo a cargo de Jairo Motta, víctima y líder espiritual de Acevedo, quien expresó que es uno de los sobrevivientes del conflicto de este territorio “los guerrilleros que estaban en esta región, fueron jóvenes que yo los había preparado para su comunión, uno de ellos me informó que le habían dado la orden de asesinarme, me había convertido en objetivo militar, a raíz de esto tuve que abandonar mi territorio, mi vida se la debo a Dios y a este joven. Me fui con el dolor en el alma, de dejar a mi pueblo; al año siguiente fue la primera toma guerrillera, esa toma destruyó las ilusiones de este pueblo, desbarató nuestros sueños y tuvimos un retroceso de más de 40 años”.
Ante estos relatos, Fabián Ramírez, firmante del Acuerdo de Paz, quien ingresó a las Farc en el año 1982 explicó “reconocemos que estas tomas no debieron ocurrir, nuestro análisis nos falló, no se analizó las afectaciones y los desaciertos; estás tomas perjudican a la población civil y a las personas que estaban cerca a los puestos de policía. Reconocemos que quitarle la vida a un ser humano, es una actitud reprochable. La guerra no deja victorias, la guerra deja solo víctimas.
Luis Eliberto Parra, era un hombre trabajador y humilde, fue muerto sin justificación y razón alguna, su muerte fue más a causa de la confusión del accionar de una bomba, creyendo que ahí vendría el refuerzo hacia la policía. Las tomas obedecieron por los planes militares trazados por los superiores y ellas obedecían al desarrollo de este conflicto social y armado que vivía el país y que aún se vive.
Es importante aclarar que aquí no se usaron armas químicas, aquí se usaron armas propias de un ejército irregular, así como un ejército regular también las usa; aquí si se usó un componente que produce un humo intenso y oscuro que afecta a la salud de las personas. Reconocemos que estás tomas de esta naturaleza destruyó familias, patrimonios, turismo, la economía y marcó una fuerte estigmatización en las personas y el territorio”.
Los líderes y líderesas sociales, cumplen un papel fundamental en la defensa de los derechos humanos, de sus territorios y son valorados por las comunidades que se han visto afectadas por el conflicto, muchos líderes han perdido y siguen perdiendo la vida por apostarle a una nación en paz.

Martha Facundo, hermana de Wilson Facundo, asesinado en 2003, manifestó que “la familia para siempre quedó incompleta, la sociedad en general perdió un deportista, un profesor, un líder social, un defensor de las causas de los más vulnerables de la sociedad, y paradójicamente fue asesinado por un grupo que decía defenderlas. Con este asesinato, el terror, el miedo, el pánico y la desolación se apoderaron de una región que si bien, vivía periodos nefastos de violencia irracional, con este hecho ahondaron en el desespero y en la irremediable condena a abordonar sus sueños y re orientar sus vidas”.
En ese mismo orden de ideas, Javier Papamija, hijo de Alcibíades Papamija, asesinado en 2003, señaló lo que significó la muerte de su padre para este territorio. “San Adolfo debe recordar que en los líderes tienen la posibilidad del desarrollo y el progreso, porque detrás del asesinato de un líder llega lo contrario, el subdesarrollo, el abandono. El 6 de diciembre del año 2001 mi padre se encontraba realizando sus labores cotidianas, dos miembros de las Farc ingresaron a la sastrería y le propinaron seis impactos de bala, callando no solo el sonido de la máquina de coser, sino que también, calló la voz de un líder comunal para San Adolfo”.

Enseguida, Nidia Guzmán, firmante del Acuerdo de Paz, les respondió “en el caso del señor Facundo, reconocemos que se procedió sin los suficientes elementos, sin los criterios adecuados, frente a una acusación tan delicada y comprometedora como la de ser informante; quienes así procedieron, violaron todas nuestras normas internas, esto no justifica lo ocurrido, pero reconocemos nuestra responsabilidad, el profesor Facundo es víctima de la guerra, su muerte nunca debió haber ocurrido.
En el caso del señor Papamija, aceptamos nuestra responsabilidad colectiva de lo ocurrido y entendiendo la angustia y el dolor vivido por sus familiares y allegados. Hoy entendemos el dolor que las familias han sentido durante más de 20 años de su muerte. En medio de la guerra se recibieron informes que relacionaban al señor Papamija con actividades de información a las fuerzas militares, lastimosamente no hemos podido corroborar con veracidad de estos informes, los testimonios recogidos no han permitido esclarecer la verdad de lo ocurrido, porque los responsables directos de los hechos, están muertos” acotó Nidia .
El conflicto armado afectó a todos los sectores de la sociedad civil, con este reconocimiento se busca también, dignificar y reconocer los daños causados a los funcionarios y funcionarias públicas, quienes cumpliendo una labor y en el ejercicio de sus funciones hacían un trabajo con la comunidad, asimismo, de los liderazgos sociales, comunitarios y políticos que también fueron afectados en el marco del conflicto.

“Soy hija de María Socorro Álzate, quien fue asesinada el 30 de octubre del 2003, cuando era niña me resultaba difícil entender esa confusa Colombia que me tocó vivir. Tuve desde pequeña aprender a convivir con el miedo que producía el nombre de un grupo que abandonó sus ideales, aceptó el terror y la barbarie como práctica.
Mi madre quien era la inspectora de policía participaba también como feligresa en la parroquia, desde donde participaba en las causas sociales que le daban la estatura de líder social. Con ella era feliz, pero todo cambió aquel 30 de octubre de 2003, un día oscuro, un día que viviría en la infamia y en la historia de este país, el día más oscuro de mi vida.
Estábamos en días electorales y mi madre solicitó la presencia de la fuerza pública para garantizar la seguridad de la jornada electoral y advirtió que le resultaría imposible asegurar el orden sin la presencia de la fuerza pública, y así ocurrió estuvieron durante el fin de semana, sin embargo al término de la jornada, el Ejército se retira y el pueblo vuelve a quedar en zozobra, existían razones fuertes para pensar que sobre San Adolfo existía una ameniza sería, sin embargo esa noche se fueron, nos abandonaron.
Ella despachaba desde su casa, esa noche llegaron unos hombres sin brillo en sus ojos, con el alma desgarrada y sucia de tanta sangre y de la destrucción que causaban. Estos hombres se llevaron a mi madre y fue cruel y vilmente asesinada por las Farc, quienes nunca pudieron vencer a una mujer y sólo pudieron callarla con el fuego salvaje de sus armas. Señores de las Farc, ustedes mataron a mi mamá por cobardía, no pudieron soportar que una mujer sencilla tuviera más firmeza que las miles de balas que ustedes cargaban y usaban contra el pueblo”.
De otro lado, Luis Silva, hermano de Jesús María Silva, candidato a la alcaldía, asesinado en 2003 hablo sobre como su hermano ingresó en el proceso comunal en el año 2002 y cuando Ingresó al proceso político, al movimiento comunal y comunitario de Colombia por el cual era candidato a la alcaldía, “mientras él estaba haciendo su campaña, un miliciano del grupo de la Farc lo asesinó, esto acabó con la vida de un líder y con la ilusión de un pueblo y una familia”.
Ante estos testimonios, Willington Quiroz, firmante del Acuerdo de Paz, quien ingresó a las filas de las Farc en 1998 y perteneció al frente 15 del Bloque Sur expresó que “era un momento donde la guerra estaba cruenta y desbordada y eso conllevó a que la población civil fuera la que quedara en medio de ese conflicto y fueran los protagonistas de este cruel episodio que no debió haber ocurrido.
María del Socorro en su función, brindaba la seguridad del territorio, nosotros en esa época no tuvimos la inteligencia y la reflexión de lo que ella hacía y ejercía, pues la vimos con otros ojos, por el relacionamiento que tenía con las instituciones armadas del Estado y eso conllevó de que tomáramos una determinación, que fue quitarle la vida.

En el caso de Jesús María, es muy triste y lamentable ver como cegamos la vida de este dirigente porque a pesar de que aspiraba a ser alcalde, también representaba a las comunidades, ver que por culpa de la irresponsabilidad nuestra de no reunir las bases suficientes sobre estos hechos, terminamos con su vida. Las investigaciones que hicimos en cuanto a estos sucesos, son investigaciones colectivas y sabemos que en muchos casos no satisfacemos con las incidencias de demanda de verdad, pero hicimos un gran esfuerzo, aún que nosotros no estuvimos en este territorio, pero eso no quiere decir que no vayamos a seguir trabando, el canal queda abierto para seguir buscando esas verdades y lleguemos a la plenitud”.
Finalmente, Gerson Arias director de diálogo social de la Comisión de la Verdad, expresó “este es un proceso que nos ha enseñado que podemos emprender caminos de paz y hemos sido capaces de reconocer con humildad las acciones del pasado que dejaron una huella imborrable de dolor en cada familia, proyecto de vida y en el territorio. Necesitamos que el país se disponga a escuchar y reflexionar sobre lo qué nos pasó, que todos los actores del conflicto reconozcan sus responsabilidades y continuemos trabajando para reencontrarnos como sociedad”.
Como cierre del espacio se realizó una siembra simbólica de un árbol en el parque principal del corregimiento de San Adolfo en honor y conmemoración a las cerca 6.839 víctimas que registran en el municipio de Acevedo.
