El senador de la Alianza Verde, conocido como Jota Pe Hernández, ha presentado un proyecto de ley que busca reducir los salarios de los congresistas a 25 salarios mínimos por medio de la eliminación de la prima especial de servicios, para lo cual consiguió que lo firmaran 115 de 160 que esperaba, que significa en la práctica que el proyecto ya esté condenado al fracaso, como han fracasado 19 proyectos anteriores, demostrativo de la nula voluntad del congreso para reducir su cuantioso salario, que constituye un desafío a la miseria de este país con 22 millones de pobres, y otros que ni siquiera tienen para comer una vez al día, siendo casi campeones mundiales en desigualdad.

En suma, otra farsa legislativa, que se quedará solo en anuncios para la galería, como el proyecto que cantó también la bancada del Pacto Histórico, que de ser aprobado solo regirá para el 2026, constituyéndose en una auténtica burla para la opinión pública. Pero en el caso del proyecto de ley de marras, que de haber sido firmado por los 160 congresistas para haber garantizado su aprobación, ha utilizado su autor la estrategia de dar a conocer los que no quisieron aprobarlo a modo de denuncia, que a mi juicio muy poco importa a los congresistas renuentes con tal de conservar sus dispensas, como no les importó la consulta anticorrupción, que sacó casi 12 millones de votos pero no alcanzó el umbral, que literalmente se pasaron por el fundillo en el 2018, y que igual hubiese recibido la misma suerte de haberse alcanzado, como consecuencia de la marrullería secular del congreso, al que le importa un comino la soberanía popular cuando se trata de afectar sus intereses.

Y es que, como no, más de la mitad del congreso de todos los partidos no está dispuesto a atender el clamor popular, incluido el Pacto Histórico para rebajar su salario, entre ellos 3 congresistas del Huila, que es necesario denunciar para colaborar con el esfuerzo de Hernández frente a su fallida iniciativa, como son los representantes Flora Perdomo, Julio César Triana y Víctor Andrés Tovar, para que tengamos claro en nuestra región quienes no son consecuentes con los anhelos del pueblo raso, y solo atienden lo que represente mantener sus privilegios en un país que malvive en la miseria, en medio de una farsa legislativa consuetudinaria de un congreso voluminoso y estéril, que solo funciona a base de dádivas y donde muy poco se produce en beneficio real para el pueblo colombiano.
