El Cuadragésimo Sexto Festival Folclórico Laboyano, proyecta por primera vez, integrar a comunidades urbanas y rurales en el concurso de carrozas, para el desfile de candidatas programado para el 23 de junio a las 7:00 de la noche.
La creación de carrozas para El Festival, la realizarán personas de comunas y corregimientos, con apoyo económico del Instituto de Cultura, Recreación y Deporte de Pitalito, y de acuerdo con la concepción creativa, exaltación de costumbres, tradiciones y lugares representativos del sur huilense, calificados por jurado especial, recibirán la premiación correspondiente, devela informa entregado por la oficina de prensa del evento folclórico a cargo de la Periodista Sirly Chimonja Córdoba.
La dirección del Instituto ha previsto ofrecer un taller para los artesanos, diseñadores natos y líderes comunitarios interesados en participar de la elaboración de carrozas, donde entregarán las instrucciones básicas, los métodos y las formas para elaboración una carroza.
PARÁMETROS
- Podrán participar en el concurso, una carroza por comuna o corregimiento, instalada en vehículos móviles que puedan realizar la totalidad del recorrido, sin superar, vehículo y carroza, una altura de 4 metros.
- La carroza debe contar con el aval de la comunidad que representa.
- Las participantes deberán estar ubicadas en el lugar señalado por la organización a las 5:00 pm el día 23 junio de 2017.
- El puesto en el desfile del día 23 de junio de 2017, lo determina el orden de llegada al punto de salida.
- Iluminación, originalidad, diseño, decoración, laboriosidad del trabajo de montaje, imaginación, temática, indumentaria son algunos aspectos que valorará el jurado calificador.
- Las carrozas deberán llevar, un lugar visible, además del nombre característico el de la comuna o corregimiento que representa.
- Todos participantes, recibirán $800.000 para compra de materiales y $200.000 para gastos de vehículo, entregado el día de la inscripción.
- El fallo del jurado se hará público el día 24 de junio de 2017 en la ceremonia de elección y coronación del Quincuagésimo Sexto Festival Folclórico Laboyano.
- Los premios:
Primer Premio: $3.000.000
Segundo Premio: $1.300.000
Tercer Premio: $700.000
- El premio en efectivo se entrega a las personas que participaron en la realización de la carroza ganadora y nada tendrá que ver con el comité real de su comunidad (A menos que sea el mismo comité quien realice la carroza) ni la candidata que participe, por esa comunidad, en el Festival Folclórico Municipal.
- El equipo ganador, debe estar debidamente registrado, con un representante claramente definido, encargado de suministrar la documentación exigida por el Instituto.
- Los miembros del jurado no podrán, en ningún caso, participar en este concurso.
- La participación supone, plena aceptación de las bases que representa.
