Un estratégico convenio para la formación académica de jóvenes, vinculados a diferentes empresas cooperativas del Huila, concretó La Asociación de Cooperativas del Departamento y La Fundación Escuela Tecnológica de Neiva.
Los neo cooperados, podrán acceder a programas de la Fundación con cómodas matrículas y como la instrucción en mediante ciclos propedéuticos, el joven pude continuar carreras universitarias, si así lo desea.
Esta alianza abre posibilidades de formación, acrecienta la preparación de jóvenes para el trabajo, fortalece alternativas de formación y mantiene en esencia la ideología del movimiento solidario, básico para el desarrollo empresarial en el Departamento.
TECNÓLOGOS O PROFESIONALES
La formación tecnológica, genera alternativas de ocupación más rápida que la profesional, al tiempo que en regiones como el sur del país, es mayor la demanda de los primeros que los segundos, por efectos de costos, pero queda el interrogante respecto a la calidad del servicio.
