El Programa Grupos de Ahorro y Crédito local “Alcancías Comunitarias” desde hace 7 años educa huilenses en el ahorro, logrando beneficiar a más de 9.141 personas, otorgando valor a la palabra e importancia a la confianza, eliminado el hábito de acudir a los denominados, gota a gota o casas de empeño, que acosan a quienes requieren dinero para financiar el ejercicio comercial pequeño.
EL programa es insignia de la Caja de Compensación Familiar del Huila, en temas de Responsabilidad Social Empresarial, que derivan de la implementación en la geografía comarcana y con el que logró COMFAMILIAR, ser el mejor entre los operadores de esta metodología en el País, con alianzas importantes con BANCOLDEX y La Presidencia de la Republica. A través del programa Red Unidos, por ejemplo, La Caja lo implementó, en 30 de las empresas afiliadas, donde educan a sus colaboradores en el ahorro, incentivan el trabajo en equipo, mejoran el clima laboral y elevan la productividad de las organizaciones.
«Alcancías empresariales, es un programa de educación en el ahorro, orientado al beneficio de colaboradores de las diferentes empresas afiliadas a COMFAMILIAR. En el marco del desarrollo de esta metodología, las personas se forman en el hábito del ahorro, el trabajo en equipo; todo esto es un proceso continuo que conlleva al cumplimiento de sueños”, precisó Yady Milena Villareal Lozano, Coordinadora de Responsabilidad Social y Empresarial
La metodología del programa consiste en que los colaboradores de las empresas auto-seleccionados, voluntariamente se organizan para ahorrar dinero, pueden realizar créditos con bajo interés, que distribuyen entre los integrantes al término del ciclo de ahorro, convertido en ganancia para cada uno.
Actualmente existen 354 colaboradores beneficiados, que movilizaron ahorros por $50.000.000, en 5 meses, con un retorno sobre los ahorros del 15.5% y una rentabilidad sobre los activos del 12.2%. Los créditos y los acumulados permitieron aliviar cargas familias y hacer realidad sueños propuestos al inicio del ciclo de formación.
Ejemplos concretos
«Para nosotros ha sido muy importante vincularnos a esta actividad de COMFAMILIAR, ya que lo que buscamos es crear la cultura ahorradora de nuestros funcionarios, pero también el tema solidario en los préstamos, como ellos pueden estar ahorrando mensualmente, y cuando hay una calamidad o actividad extraordinaria ellos mismo pueden contar con un desembolso y trabajar sobre ello. Además, las reuniones que tienen en el mes, les permiten visualizar que estos pequeños ahorros pueden ser fundamentales para en un año tener unos recursos, pero también una facilidad de préstamos que ellos mismos muy responsablemente lo otorgan y muy responsablemente lo van pagando», argumenta Javier Murgueitio Cortes, Gerente General de Milk Coffe Company Huila
Esta iniciativa permite que mensualmente los funcionarios hagan aportes que ayuden a tener un dinero ahorrado y además, sean utilizados como un banco que haga préstamos a los miembros que lo necesiten.
Cindy Lorena Perdomo Asistente de Gestión Integral y Talento Humano asegura que «Este programa se viene desarrollando hace tres meses, se han beneficiado muchos compañeros, están muy motivados, ya se han realizado dos préstamos han sido pagados puntualmente y se espera que la iniciativa siga así»
Varios trabajadores de la empresa recolectora de basura de Neiva, atendieron el llamado de la Caja de Compensación para hacer ahorro mensual que ayudará a solventar gastos. «La experiencia ha sido muy buena ir ahorrando mensualmente un aporte que nos sirve de mucho apoyo para las necesidades diarias» asegura Germán Darío Bahamón Martínez colaborador de la empresa Ciudad Limpia.
