Al Secretario de Educación de Neiva, Geovanny Córdoba Rodríguez, La Procuraduría General, de La Nación, abrió investigación por presunta falta de diligencia al no realizar adecuada supervisión al contrato de distribución de kits de alimentación escolar.
La contratación oficial estipula que el contratista debía entregar, en las viviendas de los estudiantes, el complemento alimentario, en cumplimiento del reconocido programa de restaurante escolar, como estrategia dentro de las medidas de confinamiento adoptadas por la Administración Municipal, para evitar la expansión de La COVID-19.
La ejecución del contrato registró numerosos inconvenientes, que provocaron suspensiones, al convertirse en peligrosas concentraciones, que implicaban contagio entre las personas beneficiadas.
EXALCALDE INVESTIGADO
A José Humberto Pastrana Charry, quien ofició como alcalde de Hobo, Huila, del 2012 al 2015, La Procuraduría General, de La Nación le profirió pliego de cargos por presunta irregularidad en el nombramiento del Secretario de Planeación.
De acuerdo con investigación de la Procuraduría Provincial de Neiva, el alcalde al parecer nombró a Jhon Jairo Molina Mosquera, como Secretario de Planeación del municipio sin que aparentemente cumpliera con los requisitos de estudio y experiencia exigidos en el manual de funciones de la Alcaldía Municipal, vulnerando principios de eficiencia, eficacia y moralidad de la función pública, según el Ente Investigador.
