Que algunos como el presidente del Senado Mauricio Lizcano ladinamente llaman democracia, cuando realmente tenemos una corruptocracia que nos devora producto de elecciones pervertidas, para oponerse a las recomendaciones de la Misión Electoral Especial que propone crear una Corte Electoral que controle y sancione, porque sabe que no quedará ningún miembro de corporación pública, ni gobernante alguno por hacerse elegir estando inhabilitados. Si alguien duda de esta podredumbre electoral, no es sino que leamos las lapidarias declaraciones del presidente del Consejo Nacional Electoral, Alexander Vega -que no dudo será declarado terrorista electoral-, quien afirmó sin elipsis que en el 2015 “todos los partidos inscribieron candidatos inhabilitados”. Lean bien: todos, incluidos los movimientos que hablan de transparencia como la Alianza Verde, sancionada junto con la Unión Patriótica y el Mais con la imposibilidad de presentar listas para las próximas elecciones en los entes territoriales por acudir como todos los demás partidos a la marrullería electoral.
Nadie se salva, pues el presidente del CNE agregó que ya vendrán las sanciones para todos los demás partidos para responderle a Roy Barreras, quien de manera oportunista para defender a la Alianza Verde dijo que si la sancionaban tendrían que sancionar a todos los demás. Y dicho y hecho, pues precisamente eso es lo que van a hacer, que equivale a que nos quedaremos, sino se echan para atrás que no sería nada raro en este país politiquero y corrupto, sin Concejos y Asambleas, y llegado el caso, sin Senado y Cámara de Representantes, que hasta mejor será con lo que elegimos cada cuatro años con esta podredumbre electoral. Esa es la falsa democracia que hay en Macondo, amenazada según Lizcano con los entes que propone la MEE, que no tendrían más alternativa que inhabilitar y sancionar políticos corruptos, porque los partidos para avalar a sus candidatos no piden hojas de vida sino prontuarios de antecedentes penales y disciplinarios con tal de que tengan votos.
Es tan crítica la situación, que a ese paso, el único que podrá presentar candidatos y eso porque hasta ahora van a participar en las elecciones, será el partido de las Farc-demostrativo de la necesidad inaplazable de reformar a fondo el infecto sistema político electoral-, que por lo que ha dicho el senador Lizcano, no se hará por tamaña amenaza que constituiría esa Corte independiente que trataría de acabar con la corruptela que él llama cínicamente democracia. Ahí sí se cumplirá el vaticinio marrullero de Uribe y Pastrana de que con el proceso de paz se le entregó el país a las Farc, pero por física sustracción de materia al no poder presentar los demás partidos candidatos en las próximas elecciones.

Y a propósito del senador Lizcano, que tal su doble moral como representante del Congreso oponiéndose a que Iván Márquez y Pablo Beltrán que están hablando de paz, hicieran presencia en esta maltrecha institución porque no han entregado las armas, cuando en el 2004 los comandantes del paramilitarismo con el aval de Uribe y armados hasta los dientes sí lo hicieron para tratar de justificar sus crímenes.
