La ministra de las TIC reveló la pérdida de $70 mil millones de pesos en contrato asignado a empresa colombiana, para colocar red de Internet a Instituciones de Educación retiradas de Bogotá.

Los Medios Nacionales, de inmediato dieron crédito a la funcionaria del Gobierno y, desplegaron todo el espacio y el tiempo para divulgar la versión oficial y calificar el hecho como irregular acción de la ministra.

El Presidente de la República, anunció usar alianzas internacionales para desenmascarar responsables, por lo que considera un engaño al Estado

El anuncio puedo tener algún sesgo, en esta época prelectoral cuando se utiliza un suceso para ocultar otro u otros.

En el ambiente está tácito la millonaria pérdida, con hondo impacto social, en el transcurrir de la segunda semana de agosto.

La firma señalada por la Ministra es Unión temporal “Centros Poblados” y está conformada por cuatro empresas, que le permitió tanto conseguir el musculo financiero como la capacidad de ofertar ante el Gobierno.

La contra parte

El representa jurídico de la firma contratada Unión temporal “Centros Poblados”, Jorge Pino Ricci, en la entrevista concedida al periodista Melquisedec Torres Rojas, señaló que la ministra de las TIC, no dice la verdad.

Los $70 mil millones se invirtieron, es más, la Unión temporal ha invertido más de $100 millones en cumplimiento del contrato adjudicado, según la afirmación de Pino Ricci.
