1.- Hace un llamamiento al gobierno del presidente Gustavo Petro y de la vicepresidenta Francia Márquez para que defina una urgente y sólida estrategia comunicacional que permita, primero, mantener informado al pueblo colombiano de manera veraz, masiva y eficaz, sobre sus importantes propuestas y realizaciones, y, segundo desarrollar una permanente pedagogía que contrarreste la manipulación y la desinformación en que están empeñados los medios de comunicación corporativos hegemónicos.

2.- Propone que se asuma, como es su derecho, la gerencia y dirección de Rtvc Sistema de Medios Públicos y que se lleve a cabo su rediseño para que cumpla los fines arriba planteados, en el entendido de que sus dos canales de televisión nacionales (Señal Colombia y Canal Institucional), las 64 emisoras de Radio Nacional, más Radiónica y las emisoras online Señal Clásica, Señal Digital, Radiónica 2 y Radiónica 3, Señal Memoria y Rtvc Play, que lo integran, tengan enfoques que visibilicen las propuestas y acciones del cambio en marcha, y, de igual forma, se conviertan en espacios de participación ciudadana amplia, culturalmente diversa y políticamente democrática, con la solvencia conceptual y difusión de la verdad que no tienen los medios de comunicación del viejo régimen político derrotado.

3.- Solicita que se definan políticas públicas desde el Ministerio de las Tecnologías de la Información y las Comunicaciones, además de los fondos y comisiones existentes, en relación con la democratización del espectro electromagnético, las emisoras comunitarias, los canales regionales de televisión y el acceso masivo en la geografía nacional a los servicios de conexión a Internet, única forma de responder a la exclusión de amplios conglomerados y al monopolio de la comunicación digital, hoy en manos de poderosas corporaciones dedicadas, día y noche, a la generación de contenidos falaces y de desinformación contra el proceso político y social de cambio en marcha. Es decir, única forma de democratizar la información.
4.- Invita a los y las periodistas y ciudadanos interesados en el campo comunicacional a nuclearse en el Colectivo Periodismo por la Verdad, para el impulso del debate y la juntanza conceptual sobre el ejercicio del nuevo periodismo, contrahegemónico y realmente alternativo, alejado de prácticas clientelares y orientado a la divulgación de los hechos con el norte de la veracidad y el compromiso con las transformaciones en beneficio de los pueblos y de la justicia social.

5.- Anuncia la realización de un taller de periodismo contrahegemónico durante los sábados 4, 11, 18 y 25 de febrero de 2023, con contenidos sobre los que informaremos de manera oportuna, como paso fundamental en el proceso de formación para hacer un nuevo periodismo, en el que sistematicemos las experiencias de resistencia comunicacional vividas y, al mismo tiempo, practiquemos herramientas propias de la investigación, la producción y la diversidad de géneros pertinentes en el ejercicio del oficio periodístico.
