Trujillo (Cauca) se convierte en ejemplo de esperanza y residencia en Colombia, al cerrar el proceso de reparación colectiva, luego de 6 años de trabajo, hombro a hombro, de sus habitantes.
“Somos un pueblo bueno y unido, que se recupera de las heridas de la guerra”. Con esta frase y un profundo abrazo de solidaridad y nostalgia se unieron los habitantes de las veredas de La Sonora, la Betulia, Monteloro y Puente Blanco, para el cierre del proceso de reparación colectiva de la comunidad de Trujillo, afectado por el conflicto armado en Colombia.
El acto es parte de las acciones del Plan de Reparación Colectiva, que adelanta, La Unidad para la Atención y la Reparación Integral a las Victimas, en diversas regiones del país y distintas organizaciones afectadas por el conflicto armado.
En un mandala, hecho con semillas y flores de esta tierra, fueron puestos los nombres de los desaparecidos, y hubo velas encendidas, como señal de que la luz de esos seres queridos jamás desaparecerá.
«Mi madre era una mujer de servicio, dada a los demás, atendía partos a cualquier hora. Era una persona muy buena. Y pagó con su vida un mal señalamiento. Aún duele en el alma. Pero hoy, recordándola, honrándola, honro a mi pueblo y digo que somos gente buena, que unida se recupera de las heridas de la guerra», dijo Orlando Arboleda, líder de La Sonora.
Otro de los momentos especiales fue la liberación de mariposas, como símbolo de esperanza y paz.
Este acto de cierre contó con la presencia de habitantes de otros sujetos de reparación colectiva del Cauca, como La Habana (Buga) y Arenillo (Palmira) y Arenillo (Pradera), con quienes se adelantan procesos similares y próximos al cierre.
