Parece que la mayoría de electores, comienzan a entender que los problemas socioeconómicos, la pobreza, el desarraigo, la inseguridad y el atraso, que imperan en Colombia, obedecen únicamente a la irresponsabilidad del poder público, dominado por la politiquería, el clientelismo, la perversidad del poder y la corrupción.
La contundente derrota del diabólico uribismo, indica que la gente comienza a entender que ese no es el supuesto Mesías, de quien se debe esperar la salvación de Colombia y que es todo lo contrario. La extrema derecha es una fatalidad y amenaza social nacional y global.
El triunfo del Ing. Daniel Quintero, en Medellín, de Carlos Caicedo en el Magdalena con su coequipera en la alcaldía de Santa Marta y otros aplastantes triunfos de candidatos ajenos al clientelismo y la politiquería, que ocurrieron en diversas regiones y localidades y con los resultados en elecciones de órganos colegiados legislativos, dan el mensaje inequívoco. Las manidas empresas electorales de la vieja clase política, politiquera, clientelista y corrupta, sí pueden ser derrotadas y sustituidas por organizaciones políticas honestas, cuyo accionar político-administrativo, siempre este orientado a lograr desarrollo socioeconómico equitativo y a mejorar las condiciones de vida de todos los colombianos y a manejar los recursos públicos con absoluta transparencia. El desafío está en poder del pueblo.
Los resultados electorales significan avances positivos, pero los electores y en particular las organizaciones sociales, deben constituirse en vigilantes permanentes, de las ejecutorias de los gobernantes elegidos. Los representantes de la vieja clase política, recién elegidos, son numerosos y la corrupción esta enquistada en el poder.
Los resultados electorales, son un simple atisbo del despertar ciudadano, pero queda pendiente la profundización del proceso de concientización ciudadana y el desarrollo de los procesos administrativos, en los que la politiquería, el clientelismo y la corrupción, procurarán cooptarlos y someterlos.
La corrupción administrativa oficial, se convirtió en un cáncer socioeconómico-fiscal, en Colombia, no fácil de extirpar, porque el aliciente es el dinero y en una nación, con los índices socioeconómicos, laborales y culturales, como los que dominan en Colombia, la derrota del flagelo de la corrupción, equivale a la guerra que se debe librar para vencer las tiranías.
Se necesita que todo ciudadano se informe de lo que hacen y de cómo lo hacen, los gobernantes, exijan cumplimiento y rectitud y denuncien las irregularidades.
Mucho de los desastres relacionados con el poder público, se pueden evitar si los ciudadanos masivamente actúan, exigen y denuncian.
Somos demasiado pasivos y tolerantes, de tal manera que nos convertimos en cómplices, de los malos gobiernos.
Entendamos que los resultados del reciente proceso electoral, pueden significar solamente una tenue lucecita de esperanza, para lograr cambios para un mejor futuro, de nuevas generaciones.
