Recientemente la Contraloría General de la República, divulgó lo que todos los colombianos sabemos en materia de construcción de obras públicas como consecuencia del sistema político electoral corrompido hasta la médula que impera en nuestro medio: que cerca de mil obras que suman más de 6 billones de pesos tienen retrasos y problemas de todo orden para su culminación, si es que algún día las terminan convertidas en verdaderos elefantes blancos, como en nuestro atrasado y descaecido departamento -líder en la materia- de dirigentes políticos incompetentes y corruptos.
Ya lo hemos dicho reiteradamente en esta columna: el régimen que nos rige es un auténtico régimen de corrupción, donde el sistema político electoral está hecho simple y llanamente para robar en medio de total impunidad, porque eso precisamente es lo que hace posible el vigor de la clase política corrompida que nos gobierna, y en estas condiciones vamos a elegir en las próximas elecciones regionales a los ladrones de todos los tiempos, que van a garantizar que los organismos de control nos entreguen los mismos resultados de siempre en la construcción de obras públicas que sirven para pagar como lo sabemos a los financiadores, o mejor, compradores de gobernantes y miembros de corporaciones públicas para que se pongan al servicio de la corrupción y el enriquecimiento ilícito en detrimento grave de nuestra sociedad, que ve impávida como se roban miserablemente el dinero de sus impuestos, convirtiéndonos en una sabana africana de elefantes blancos producto de la corrupción, que impotentes registran las ías que funcionan al servicio del régimen sin poder hacer nada para combatirla eficazmente, porque no existe ninguna voluntad política para hacerlo por hacer también parte de ese entramado de corrupción.
Ya el anterior contralor Edgardo Maya, nos dijo que la clase política se robaba 50 billones de pesos al año, ratificado por el contralor actual Carlos Felipe Córdoba, agregándole ahora que tenemos pastando mil elefantes blancos por valor de 6 billones –los más caros del mundo-, como noticia críminis que se quedará en la impunidad, como consecuencia del régimen de corrupción que nos gobierna desde los albores de esta simulada república, donde el mayor emblema lo constituye la vía al Llano, prometida desde sus albores por todos los gobiernos, y hoy convertida en vergüenza mundial en materia de construcción de obras públicas, y por supuesto en el más destacado de los proboscidios de la depredación de la clase política, que vamos a elegir y reelegir hasta el final de los tiempos por la misma inercia de la sociedad victimizada, que cooptada igualmente por ese régimen de corrupción y permanentemente dividida a conveniencia por sus esquilmadores, no reacciona para librarse de ellos, que son propia hechura de quienes por acción y omisión permiten que seamos gobernados por estos filibusteros de la política.
Por eso aquí en este platanal regional, están listos los mismos protagonistas para llegar por asalto a los cargos públicos, financiados hasta con la plata de la alimentación escolar producto de las mangualas politiqueras de siempre que aseguran la corrupción del régimen, a las cuales me referiré posteriormente.
