Por Los Irreverentes
Desde hace cerca de 3 años se han cuestionado los multimillonarios contratos con los que el exfiscal Eduardo Montealegre favoreció a propios y extraños, entre ellos a la supuesta experta Natalia María Lizarazo García, comercialmente conocida con el nombre de “Natalia Springer Von Schwarzenberg”.
En el marco de la investigación contra la Bacrim de la Justicia, ha trascendido una revelación extremadamente grave hecha por el corrupto exfiscal Gustavo Moreno, en el sentido de que con dinero de la fiscalía se sostenía la lujosa oficina desde la que operaba aquella banda criminal, en el norte de Bogotá.
En efecto, cuando Montealegre era fiscal general de la nación, le dio un contrato de $139 a Moreno para que supuestamente le brindara asesoría en temas relacionados con la casación penal. Pues bien, en su proceso de colaboración con la justicia, el hoy detenido Luis Gustavo Moreno le confesó a los investigadores de la corte suprema de justicia que aquel fue un contrato ficticio, en el que él solamente debía ir al final de cada mes a cobrar el cheque. Así mismo, aseguró que el hoy también encarcelado exmagistrado Francisco Javier Ricaurte –expresidente de la corte suprema- fue la persona que negoció ante Montealegre dicho contrato.
De acuerdo con Moreno, el dinero que mes tras mes les desembolsaba la fiscalía de Montealegre era utilizado para pagar los gastos de funcionamiento de la oficina que tenían en el norte de la capital colombiana Ricaurte, Moreno y la también exmagistrada Luz Marina Díaz.
En resumen: con el dinero de la fiscalía general de la nación, Montealegre ayudaba a sufragar los gastos de la sede desde la que se planificaban y ejecutaban los peores actos criminales llevados a cabo por la Bacrimjudicial.
Este aberrante caso, tiene cierta coincidencia con otro contrato que oportunamente fue denunciado por LOS IRREVERENTES, entre la fiscalía de Montealegre y Manuel José Cepeda.
En el año 2010, Eduardo Montealegre le compró al cuestionado empresario de origen judío, David Wigoda, un lote en el condominio Pradera de Potosí, en el municipio de Sopó. Dos años después, cuando habían pasado algunas semanas de su elección como fiscal general de la nación, Montealegre decidió venderle el inmueble al exmagistrado Manuel José Cepeda, por $1200 millones de pesos.
Lo curioso es que después de finiquitar la venta, el propio Montealegre ordenó darle contratos al comprador de la propiedad –el exmagistrado Cepeda- por un valor de $605 millones de pesos, es decir el 50% del monto por el que se había cerrado el negocio de la Pradera de Potosí.
Así las cosas, en mayo de 2012, Manuel José Cepeda le pagó $1200 millones a Montealegre por un lote y unos meses después, Montealegre le devolvió a Cepeda $605 millones en contratos con la fiscalía, una operación que resulta absolutamente impresentable y que sospechosamente nunca quiso ser investigada.
Ahora que empiezan a surgir testigos como Moreno cuyo testimonio confirma que Eduardo Montealegre utilizó el presupuesto de la fiscalía para financiar operaciones de todo tipo, no está de más que se investigue el curioso negocio del lote de Sopó.
Ahora bien, el doctor Montealegre no puede seguir callado, amenazando con denuncias penales a todos los que han venido delatándolo. Él, tan vocinglero y altanero cuando ejercía como fiscal, anunciando capturas e investigaciones ante las cámaras de televisión, no puede seguir escondido cobardemente sin darle explicaciones a la sociedad. Al fin y al cabo el presupuesto de la fiscalía que él dilapidó furiosamente no era algo de pertenencia suya.
Si con este escándalo de corrupción tan grave no se da una demostración de imparcialidad y coherencia a la sociedad colombiana en la administración de justicia, prácticamente caemos en un hoyo negro del cual difícilmente saldremos, y será la misma rama judicial la responsable de la debacle de Colombia.
