Y es que los organismos de control han detectado sobrecostos en la materia por más de 485 mil millones de pesos que han servido para enriquecer ilícitamente a estos bandidos, como que a los corruptos financiadores de campañas, que no son más que viles mafiosos, les pagaron más de 7 veces el valor de su espuria financiación que por supuesto es repartida con los bandidos gobernantes, que se constituye en el mayor negocio ilícito que se pueda hacer producto del podrido sistema electoral que tenemos, superior al tráfico de cocaína como lo he señalado en columnas anteriores, pues se ha tenido conocimiento por los organismos de control, que algunos aportantes han tenido una reciprocidad del 1.600 por ciento de sus aportes.
Es así como el procurador Fernando Carrillo, ha dicho que es la hora de afrontar con acciones efectivas la causa más grande de la corrupción de la política en Colombia, que es su financiamiento, lo cual no deja de ser un grito en el desierto, porque la clase política corrupta que se ha lucrado sistemáticamente del asalto al tesoro público para detentar su ominoso poder, no van a hacer ninguna reforma para tener un sistema político electoral transparente, pues saben que sería matar la gallina de los huevos de oro del enriquecimiento ilícito impune, en un país donde los corruptos de todo pelaje están blindados, y tienen el descaro como lo ha hecho la ladrona multinacional Odebrecht de demandar a este país de corruptos para que los indemnicen en 3 billones de pesos, sabedores también de que aquí somos benévolos con estos filibusteros de la contratación, como que contrario a lo que ha sucedido en otros países, no han caído los peces gordos de esta mafia liderada por los mismos presidentes.
No habrá entonces reforma alguna como lo pide el procurador para frenar la corrupción en la contratación porque es la misma fuente del poder político, adobada con la impunidad rampante para esta clase de criminales que cometen delitos de lesa humanidad como lo es la corrupción en la administración pública, que bien merecerían la pena de muerte como se hace en otras latitudes, porque no hay crimen más atroz que robarse la plata como lo ha dicho el contralor general, de todos los colombianos.
Por eso desgraciadamente seguiremos invictos en el asalto al presupuesto público.
