El pasado lunes 26 de septiembre, cuando aún no se habían cumplido dos meses de la posesión del presidente Petro, ya la oposición de extrema derecha representada en partidos como el Centro Democrático y gremios como Fedegán, la Andi, la Sac, Fenalco y otros, organizaron la primera manifestación de rechazo al gobierno.
No se trató de grandes movilizaciones, como las que se realizaron contra el gobierno de Duque en los años 2020 y 2021. La de Neiva no pasaba de 500 personas, la de Bogotá ascendería a unas 8.000, sólo la de Medellín tuvo relativo éxito con unas 15.000 personas participantes. Los propios medios de comunicación al servicio del gran capital, hablan de unos 300.000 ciudadanos vinculados a la protesta en todo el país.

En las marchas contra la Reforma Tributaria de Duque el año pasado, participaron no menos de 5.000.000 millones de ciudadanos, que luego de acosos, persecuciones y disparos del Esmad y la policía, que dejaron alrededor de 100 muertos, 50 lesionados en sus ojos y más de 1.000 heridos, terminaron en violentas refriegas con numerosos destrozos en bienes públicos y privados.
En esta ocasión el Esmad no fue utilizado y la fuerza pública tenía claras instrucciones de actuar con pleno respeto a los derechos humanos. Es la diferencia entre un gobierno autoritario y pro fascista y otro que se ha propuesto cumplir fielmente la constitución de 1991.

Los terratenientes y el gran capital en Colombia deben haber quedado muy sorprendidos y asustados después de su derrota del pasado 19 de junio. No de otra manera se explica este primer intento de protesta contra el nuevo gobierno, a mes y medio de su posesión y cuando apenas se discute el Plan de Desarrollo y los principales programas y proyectos del mismo.
Definitivamente su mayor alboroto ha sido por la reforma tributaria aunque también les preocupa el tema de la reforma agraria a pesar que reiteradamente el presidente ha dicho que las tierras serán compradas a los latifundistas. La meta la dio el Acuerdo de Paz con las FARC en el 2016 donde se define una extensión de 3.000.000 de hectáreas que pasaran a manos campesinas necesitadas. Es construir la soberanía alimentaria del país y combatir la gran pobreza rural.

Esa reforma agraria tendrá que corregir los errores cometidos por todas las anteriores, con adquisición de suelos aptos para la producción agropecuaria, la adecuada selección de los beneficiarios, su organización para todo el proceso productivo incluyendo la agroindustria, la obligatoria asistencia técnica del Estado, vigente aún en la ley y que un gobierno democrático si debe aplicar. Tal vez este esfuerzo por cumplir la constitución y la ley en toda su dimensión es lo que preocupa a quienes se han enriquecido con el desorden que generan la violencia, el narcotráfico y la gran inequidad social.
