Con la designación como director del más politizado de los candidatos, concluyó la farsa de meritocracia que había convocado el consejo directivo de COMFAMILIAR, manteniéndose incólume su desprestigio y falta de credibilidad en una entidad que por episodios de carácter penal de dominio público, quedó sumida en la crisis moral que denuncié en su oportunidad, y que solo un procedimiento verdaderamente transparente y creíble para designar a su nuevo director de su parte podía contribuir a despejar, pues si se quería restablecer plenamente, por aquello de que todos los que estaban metidos en la piscina directiva estaban mojados, debió permitirse con la convocatoria de una asamblea extraordinaria una nueva conformación de su principal órgano directivo.
Con la adopción de la farsa con fachada de concurso de méritos el consejo directivo en forma torpe y tozuda propia de la soberbia y la arrogancia de quienes ejercen el poder en este desventurado país de los escándalos impunes de todo orden, se perdió esa oportunidad, faltándole al respeto a la ciudadanía, a los afiliados y aportantes, y a los trabajadores que reclamaban un giro sustancial en la dirección de esta empresa que maneja ingentes recursos parafiscales y en materia de salud, que no deben tener sombra de duda en su administración para que verdaderamente cumplan el destino sagrado que les corresponde en beneficio de los asociados.
Y fue una bofetada a la decencia y al respeto que se debía a los huilenses en este proceso que fue literalmente un garlito a esa aspiración departamental que quería aislamiento total de la politiquería en la dirección de COMFAMILIAR, pues nadie entiende cómo es que se hace una convocatoria pública donde participaron más de 100 candidatos, algunos con muy buenas hojas de vida y limpia trayectoria alejada de ese cáncer politiquero que todo lo ultima, para al final con criterio de fingida meritocracia, seleccionar no a los que más recorrido académico y administrativo tenían, sino a los que más padrinazgo político cargaran, para finalmente escoger como director a quien ya lo tenía escriturado por gozar de ese vitando apoyo que todo lo mueve y que muchos cuestionaron estérilmente.
De nada les sirvió a los miembros del consejo directivo la convocatoria del tongo para tratar de rescatar su írrita credibilidad si eso era lo que pretendían, cuando no tuvieron la entereza de designar directamente de acuerdo a su facultad estatutaria al director in péctore que nadie podía atajar, no por sus credenciales académicas y gerenciales, sino por tener el mayor ítem y padrinazgo político, que por supuesto no se otorga gratis en este país de politiquería venal que ya sabemos cómo entra a cobrar sus apoyos. Ya muchos están apaciguados con la nueva designación hecha por el consejo directivo, seguramente aspirando a las bondades del ejercicio del poderoso cargo como las dispensaba su anterior encartado director, pero yo me declaro escéptico por el mérito que primó a la hora de escoger a su sucesor que obligó a renunciar tardíamente a uno de sus miembros. Ojalá me equivoque.
