No hay duda de que el gran cartel que hay que desmantelar en este país si queremos luchar de veras contra la plaga de la corrupción que nos carcome, es el de las elecciones, comenzando por las presidenciales hasta las de alcaldes y concejales de todos los municipios de Colombia, pues todas llevan el sello de la corrupción sistémica, como con tino la ha denominado John Sudarsky, que no es más que el sistema político electoral vigente, que hace posible que gobernantes, legisladores, concejales y diputados sean elegidos con aportes a las campañas del capital lícito e ilícito, particularmente de contratistas corruptos para que queden presas del vitando sistema que los obliga a hipotecar la administración y la contratación pública a estos carroñeros de la política.
Como botón de muestra en estas épocas de acentuada corrupción, es lo que ha sucedido con la campaña del excandidato presidencial del Centro Democrático Oscar Iván Zuluaga, por lo confesado por el llamado estratega político brasileño alias “Duda”, -representante de la corrupción de la empresa Odebrecth para llamarlo con nombre propio-, que resultó financiándola con 4.3 millones de dólares con aportes embozados de la corruptora empresa brasileña que fueron declarados parcialmente, y que dice ahora Zuluaga fue a sus espaldas al mejor estilo Samper para quitarse olímpicamente el cabezal corruptor que se acepta como normal y lo acostumbran estos siniestros personajes, que de una u otra manera son financiados por mafias como ha ocurrido con la mayoría de nuestros políticos que quedan por supuesto al servicio de los corruptos por cuenta de ese gran cartel que no desmontará jamás la clase política pérfida que nos gobierna.
No dudo de que no pasará nada con Zuluaga, ni con Iván Duque – candidato in pectore del CD- quien fue su alfil de campaña y se reunió con “Duda” y el excandidato en Brasil, a sabiendas de que era el mensajero de la empresa que tenía los más grandes contratos en Colombia, como no pasó nada con Samper a quien se le comprobó que su campaña fue financiada por la mafia del narcotráfico y defendido por sus cómplices todavía vigentes, con la convicción cierta de que todos los gobernantes de este descaecido país han sido elegidos producto de la corrupción, porque así es que funciona desde pretéritos tiempos la política.
Para el caso de Zuluaga y Duque bastará, siendo evidentes sus nexos con el gran cartel, que el patrón Uribe que cínicamente ha pedido al comité de ética del CD -¿será que tiene?-, que investigue al excandidato, mande adicionalmente a su esbirro más vociferante y ducho en sicariato moral, el senador apéndice Macías, a sostener ante los medios que tanto Zuluaga como Duque estaban borrachos cuando se reunieron con “Duda” y aceptaron la espuria financiación de la campaña para que queden libres de polvo y paja corruptora el CD y Uribe a quienes les aceptan sus electores que todo vale, como lo hizo con Juan Carlos Vélez después de confesar la perversa y mentirosa campaña del No en el plebiscito, porque así es que se mueve el gran cartel.
