El personal desarrollará el trabajo en casa, como medida para garantizar la integridad física del personal, en caso de ser afectadas las instalaciones.
Con la sede de la Registraduría de Neiva también se suspendió la atención al público en las de: Registraduría Distrital y registradurías auxiliares en Bogotá; Delegaciones Departamentales, registradurías especiales y registradurías auxiliares en Bucaramanga, Armenia, Manizales, Cali, Medellín, Pereira, Cúcuta, Ibagué y Popayán.
El servicio se continuará prestando de manera virtual para reimpresión de cédula de ciudadanía y tarjeta de identidad a través de la página web www.registraduria.gov.co y se restablecerá el viernes 8 de mayo
Los demás servicios como trámite por primera vez de tarjeta de identidad y cédula de ciudadanía e inscripción de ciudadanos para el censo electoral del 2022 se reanudarán el lunes 10 de mayo del 2021, teniendo en cuenta que para estos se requiere la identificación biométrica.
