Cuatro parqueaderos que prestaban el servicio de bodega a vendedores informales en Neiva, fueron cerrados por La Dirección de Justicia Municipal, porque infringieron funciones establecidas en su registro mercantil.
La acción obedece, no a la revisión del estado de estos establecimientos, como tales, sino a múltiples operativos de control en el microcentro para garantizar la movilidad y seguridad de las personas que transitan estas concurridas zonas.
“Estamos velando por el cumplimiento de las normas y el orden en el microcentro de la ciudad. No es una tarea fácil porque entendemos las necesidades, pero estamos ofreciendo otras fuentes de empleo y oportunidades para que los neivanos puedan caminar por la ciudad”, precisó María Vidal Aparicio, Directora de Justicia.

El funcionamiento de un parqueadero, en el área urbana de Neiva, no es realmente vigilado por la autoridad local, en la inmensa mayoría, estos negocios no cumplen con mínimas condiciones de ley.
