La Unidad para La Atención y La Reparación Integral de Las Víctimas entregará la “Certificación territorial”, a 18 municipios del Huila, que cumplieron de forma ejemplar con la prevención, protección, asistencia, atención y reparación integral a las víctimas, durante el 2018.
De acuerdo con la Unidad, los entes territoriales reconocidos lograron un nivel de contribución ejemplar en sus competencias y acciones para mitigar y mejorar integralmente la situación de la población afectada por el conflicto.
Esa exigencia la cumplieron en el Huila, los municipios de: Acevedo, Yaguará, Timaná, Teruel, Aipe, Altamira, Garzón, Guadalupe, Hobo, Isnos, La argentina, La Plata, Nátaga, Oporapa, Salado Blanco, San Agustín, Suaza y Tello.
La entrega se efectuará el jueves 5 de septiembre durante acto especial que contará con asistencia de altos ejecutivos nacionales de la Unidad Nacional de Víctimas.

EL CERTIFICADO
La Certificación Territorial 2018, se conforma con los Modelos de Certificación Departamental, Certificación Municipal y Procesos Específicos, éste último, aplicable solamente a los departamentos y/o municipios que tienen en su territorio algún proceso relacionado con retornos y/o reubicaciones (RR); Reparación Colectiva (RC) y/o Restitución de tierras (RT).
A su vez los Modelos de Certificación Departamental y Municipal otorgados están compuestos de dos Módulos: i) de Resultado, ii) de Gestión, con una significativa ponderación del 80% y 20% respectivamente, que al cuantificar conforman el nivel de contribución obtenido por la entidad territorial.
La Unidad para las Víctimas reconocerá con la “Certificación Territorial” a 268 entes territoriales, entre departamentos, distritos y municipios de todo el país, que contribuyeron de manera sobresaliente, en el 2018, con el diseño, la implementación, y el seguimiento de la política pública de víctimas.
