El cambio de presentación de la cédula de ciudadanía de los colombianos a cédula digital, es una exigencia, por disposición oficial, convertida es obligación, con el paso de los años y sin derecho a protestar.

El ciudadano, no modificará el número de identidad, pero si actualizará la foto que aparece en la cédula de ciudadanía.

Ese documento, sufre en consecuencia, una trasformación, impuesta por el avance de las nuevas tecnologías y convirtiendo al nacional a la par con otras naciones del mundo. Lógicamente no era necesario, indispensable, importante, prioritario ni urgente como lo hicieron creer quienes idearon la iniciativa.

Es posible que, en tiempo cercano, quienes no realicen el cambio padecerán discriminación, especialmente proveniente de Estado, como, por ejemplo, no poder sufragar o retirar efectivo de entidad financiera.

Proceso

  1. Pagar $55.750
  2. Si el pago se efectúa en PSE, presentar el comprobante de pago en la Registraduría, 20 minutos después
  3. Si el pago se efectúa en EFECTY o un banco autorizado, llevar el comprobante de pago a la Registraduría, 24 horas después
  4. Presentarse con camisa negra o azul oscura.
  5. Disponer de un correo electrónico.

En Neiva, el proceso se efectúa en La Registraduría Especial de carrera 4 entre calles 11 y 12; en otros municipios en las oficinas de las Registradurías.

La entrega de la Cédula demora, más o menos 2 semanas (15 días), para ser entregada.

Una vez recibido el documento se debe registrar en celular mediante aplicación especial; una persona con ese conocimiento en la puerta de la Registraduría, proporcionará la ayuda necesaria.
