El Ministerio de Justicia y del Derecho, en asocio con Las Cámaras de Comercio del país, formara líderes estudiantiles, comunitarios, indígenas y afros en el empleo del diálogo para la solución de conflictos, gracias a convenio que se establecerá con las 57 cámaras existen en Colombia.
El Ministro, Jorge Eduardo Londoño Ulloa, entregó más de 355 millones de pesos para firmar convenios con las cámaras de comercio de Valledupar y Riohacha, para promover la cultura de la conciliación en todos los sectores económicos, que servirán de referente.
Los talleres formativos en Métodos Alternativos de Solución de Conflictos (MASC) estarán dirigidos a instituciones educativas, líderes étnicos y comunitarios y población rural de los municipios. “De esta manera buscamos pacificar al país, a toda nuestra sociedad”, afirmó José Luis Urón Márquez, presidente ejecutivo de la Cámara de Comercio de la capital del Cesar.
La apuesta educativa de diplomados para la formación de conciliadores en derecho incluye la capacitación de más de 120 abogados en Valledupar, quienes deberán poner en marcha con los jóvenes y las minorías étnicas un Proceso de Apropiación Estudiantil de los MASC como instrumentos legítimos para dirimir controversias. En Cesar, según Urón, el proyecto involucra 66 carpas móviles, que en lo que resta de 2016 acercarán la justicia a la comunidad.
Gracias a estos convenios, se verán beneficiados en el Cesar los municipios de Valledupar, Codazzi, Astrea, Becerril, Bosconia, Chimichagua, Chiriguaná, El Copey, El Paso, La Jagua de Ibirico, La Paz, Manaure, Balcón del Cesar, Pueblo Bello y San Diego. Entre tanto, en la Guajira los beneficios serán para Riohacha, Dibulla, Uribia y Fonseca.
De esta manera Minjusticia le sigue apostando a la convivencia pacífica, a la descongestión de los despachos judiciales y a una cultura de paz y entendimiento en el posconflicto.
Cabe anotar que Las Cámaras de Comercio son aliados estratégicos de la cartera de Justicia en la Gran Conciliatón Nacional. “La Cámara de Comercio de Valledupar participa en la Conciliatón, jornada en la que se busca resolver los conflictos a través del diálogo generando amistad. Eso es lo que quiere el Gobierno Nacional para promover la paz”, indicó Urón Márquez.
