No de otra manera se puede llamar la actitud asumida por el Centro Democrático, a raíz de la captura de Santiago Uribe Vélez por la presunta comisión de crímenes catalogados como de lesa humanidad, acudiendo al perverso expediente de deslegitimar a la justicia socavando su independencia, atribuyéndole estar manipulada por el presidente Santos con fines de persecución política, atizando en forma incendiaria la violencia en un país que solo necesita una chispa para que una opinión fanática y resentida se siga matando estérilmente como en las nefastas épocas de la Violencia para que sus incitadores políticos después “hagan las paces” para seguir repartiéndose el país en medio de la orgía de sangre.
Porque está bien que los legisladores del Centro Democrático protesten y salgan a exigir garantías para el procesado que las debe tener como cualquier otro ciudadano que sea investigado por la justicia que mantiene su presunción de inocencia, pero ahí a exigir la renuncia del Presidente que no la administra porque tenemos un poder judicial independiente, y llamar a los colombianos a lanzarse a la calle como lo ha hecho la senadora Paloma Valencia para desconocer sus decisiones con fines de obstruirla es un crimen de lesa democracia, y más hablando de “18 puñaladas matreras” propinadas por el Gobierno Santos cuando ha sido la justicia la que ha proferido autónomamente las sentencias. Nada más perverso y delirante, porque nadie puede estar por encima de la Justicia.
Acaso los fallos de la justicia los profiere el presidente de la República? ¿No es una falta gravísima que unos legisladores que le deben respeto a la democracia que los eligió, salgan a subvertirla tratando de deslegitimar una de las ramas del poder público que la sustentan tratando de impedir que se administre, hablando con alevosía de un régimen de terror? ¿Acaso fue el presidente Santos quien se inventó una investigación que ya lleva 20 años por los crímenes cometidos en el municipio de Yarumal que dieron origen a la más despiadada máquina asesina como lo señala Olga Behar en su libro, que tanto dolor y muerte ha causado a Colombia?
La investigación que ahora se reactiva, no es una persecución política de Santos y la Fiscalía contra la oposición como lo afirma la turba enfurecida de legisladores del Centro Democrático , sino por solicitud del mismo Consejo de Estado que condenó a la Nación al comprobarse la complicidad de agentes de seguridad con los “doce apóstoles” para que se hallaran los responsables en un país donde no solo se ha demostrado su participación en los crímenes contra el pueblo raso, sino en el de los más destacados líderes políticos que hemos tenido como Lara y Galán.
No puede el denominado Centro Democrático seguir deslegitimando a la justicia sindicando a Santos con insidia y actuando con la doble moral de que es buena cuando absuelve al coronel Plazas Vega, pero es mala y perseguidora de la oposición cuando condena y captura alguno de sus prosélitos. Esto no puede ser oposición sino un acto de bellaquería política aniquilador de la democracia.
