La Asociación de maestros pensionados del Huila, definió nuevos cuadros directivos, durante asamblea realizada en Neiva, con la presencia de 101 delegados en representación de los 1.003 afiliados en el Departamento.
Durante las deliberaciones, más de 60 delegados, clamaron por dinamizar la organización, especialmente en lo relacionado con la presencia en los municipios, reducir la centralización, evitar que directivos de siempre continuaran en la mesa directiva, mejorar sistemas para el manejo de recursos, actualizar sistemas contables, reducir las pérdidas económicas, y consultar a la base criterios para impulsar acciones y actividades que lleguen realmente a los asociados.
La entrega del balance llamó la atención la pérdida de 25 millones de las instalaciones, por malos manejos y por la acción delincuencial así como el retiro masivo de maestros pensionados residentes en los municipios.
Los pocos delegados que plantearon alternativas para solucionar la situación, a la postre no quedaron en la dirección, porque con varias semanas de antelación, se disponían de planchas inmodificables, movidos por la el pago de honorarios, viáticos, representaciones, lo que sumado consume el 35% del presupuesto general de la Asociación.
La elección de los dignatarios, no diferenció en nada al proceso que se tiene para elegir a Diputados, concejales, parlamentarios, alcaldes o gobernadores, porque los argumentos de quienes plantean alternativas no tuvieron eco entre los delegados.
RESULTADOS
Al término de la asamblea fueron elegidos: María Elena Calderón, Héctor Tovar, Abelardo Cardozo, María Fabina Torres, Ana lucía Barrero, Mary Cristina Ramírez y Albina Cardozo, entre quienes se distribuirán los cargos de Presidente, Vicepresidente, Secretario, Tesorero y 5 comités coordinadores.
