Durante todo el mes de febrero estará abierta la fase de las preinscripción para aspirantes a Especialistas en Derecho Administrativo, por parte de la Facultad de Ciencias Jurídicas y Políticas, anunció el rector (e) de la USCO, Pablo Emilio Bahamón Cerquera, tras confirmar que este nuevo programa de posgrado se iniciará en el mes de agosto del presente año.
El rector dijo que con la oferta de este programa “no solo le hace un aporte más el desarrollo profesional de los huilenses, sino, que llena un vacío de formación requerida”.
Este programa venía siendo ofertado en convenio con la Universidad Nacional, pero ahora lo hará a título propio, precisó el coordinador de la especialización, Mario César Tejada González, luego de que el Ministerio de Cultura aprobara en diciembre pasado el Registro Calificado 015489 para este posgrado.
El periodo de preinscripciones irá hasta final de este mes de febrero y, a partir de marzo, estarán abiertas las inscripciones y el proceso de admisión y el inicio de clases será el día y el inicio formal 6 de agosto, ratificó el coordinador del nuevo programa. “La especialización tiene una duración de dos semestres y su oferta es anual, es decir, vamos a recibir estudiantes para el segundo periodo de cada año; la idea es que la primera promoción arranque en agosto de 2020 y termine en mayo de 2021”.
Este proyecto, que comenzó a gestarse desde hace tres años a instancias del grupo de investigación Conciencia Jurídica, adscrito a la Facultad de Ciencias Jurídicas y Políticas, es la primera especialización propia de esta Facultad y se suma a las maestrías de Derecho Público y de Derecho Privado que actualmente oferta esta unidad académica.
Este nuevo posgrado no está dirigido solo a abogados, sino, a todos los profesionales que tengan contacto, de una u otra forma, con la administración pública, pues su propósito es formar profesionales con perspectiva clara de lo que es la actividad del Estado, tanto desde el punto de vista de las entidades como desde lo judicial.
La especialización tiene dos componentes que tienen que ver con el Procedimiento Administrativo, el primero, y lo Contencioso Administrativo, el segundo, el énfasis que le dará a la contratación estatal a lo largo los de los dos semestres de formación es bastante notable.
La especialización tendrá 40 cupos por cohorte, y para su desarrollo la Universidad cuenta con una destacada nómina de docentes en su mayoría externos de universidades como la Libre y la católica, profesionales del Consejo de Estado, del Tribunal Contencioso Administrativo de Cundinamarca y de otras regiones del país.Mayor información en www.usco.edu.co, banner 11, Especialización en Derecho Administrativo.
