Los cinco gobiernos de la uribista extrema derecha colombiana han dejado al país al borde del abismo y el peor de todos ha sido el de Iván Duque. La propia senadora del Centro Democrático, María Fernanda Cabal expresó en su tosco lenguaje que Duque “no sirvió para un culo”. Su promesa mejor cumplida fue “Volver trizas el acuerdo de Paz” con las FARC. Eso lo demuestran los hechos criminales del último año.
En el 2021 hubo en el país 13.709 personas asesinadas con un incremento de la violencia del 13% frente a 2020. En este enero del 2022, los enfrentamientos entre el ELN y las disidencias de la FARC provocaron el asesinato de 68 ciudadanos en Arauca. Pero la ofensiva militar guerrillera de comienzos de este año en Cauca, Valle, Cesar, Norte de Santander y Llanos Orientales dejó muchos más muertos y heridos, incluso entre miembros de las propias fuerzas armadas.
Los líderes sociales asesinados desde el Acuerdo de Paz ascienden a 1.251 y los reinsertados de las Farc muertos en atentados pasan de los 300. Cuando Duque llegó a la presidencia en el 2018, el alto mando del ejército estimaba la estructura militar del ELN y de las disidentes de las FARC en 1.000 integrantes para cada uno de estos agrupamientos.
Hoy se cree que sumados llegan a los 10.000 hombres en armas y si le agregamos otros 5.000 para los grupos narcotraficantes llamados Clan del Golfo, tendríamos unos ejércitos irregulares de 15.000 combatientes que no solamente no han sido derrotados sino que siguen creciendo.
La tragedia para el pueblo colombiano se cuenta no sólo en muertos y heridos. Desde 1985 a la fecha, la violencia ha dejado 8.100.000 desplazados. La coordinación de la ONU para asuntos humanitarios estima que en el 2021 hubo 239.000 personas afectadas por hechos de violencia armada, con un incremento del 196% frente al 2020. Pero a eso debemos agregarle las afectaciones a la economía que no sólo ha sufrido por la pandemia.
Hoy el propio DANE estima la pobreza monetaria colombiana en el 42.5% de su población y la pobreza extrema en el 12.5%.
El desempleo actual llega al 12.2% de la población y el empleo informal asciende al 47.7%. Este empleo informal les genera ingresos a las personas muy por debajo de un salario mínimo legal. El coeficiente de Gini del 0.54 muestra como Colombia es una de las naciones más desiguales del planeta.
La deuda externa del país subió a US$167.859 millones de dólares, equivalente al 53.1% de nuestro PIB. Esta es la tremenda herencia que deja el uribismo.
