Razón plena le asistió a la presidenta de la Asamblea del Huila, Sandra Milena Hernández para abstenerse de firmar el documento que declara la calamidad pública para tratar de resolver el repetido problema de Pericongo, porque sencillamente se trataba de un acuerdo para celios con el fin de que se levantara la protesta de plañideras de los diputados encadenados para llamar apenas la atención de un asunto que debió haberse resuelto hace mucho rato, si nuestros incompetentes congresistas hubiesen tenido verdadero y monolítico liderazgo para que se realizaran las obras que con urgencia reclama nuestro atrasado, politiquero y empobrecido departamento, acostumbrados más a pedir coimas, burocracia y contratos para aceitar el clientelismo electoral, que obras públicas para el progreso regional.
Y está bien, aunque tímida y tardíamente se hubiera protestado para que se resuelva este problema vial endémico que afecta gravemente nuestra región gracias al liderazgo y la firmeza que hay que reconocer en la diputada Hernández, que dejó bien claro esa carencia también endémica de liderazgo que hemos tenido en la materia, cuando afirmó que “es primera vez en la historia que en una sola voz, sin distinción de clase política e ideología teníamos la misión de exigirle al Gobierno Nacional la presencia activa en nuestra región, no buscábamos la presencia de funcionarios excusándose por lo sucedido”.
Pero lamentablemente eso fue lo que recibieron por enésima vez, excusas y física mamadera de gallo como se dice en el argot popular para resolver la apremiante situación con una declaratoria de calamidad pública de una vía que según el ministro de Hacienda insólitamente no se puede intervenir porque ya no está en el inventario del país, y para colmo de males y marrullería según el eunuco director de la ANI, no se tiene ninguna potestad para llevar a cabo una intervención porque la debería hacer el quebrado consorcio, y hasta que no se resolviera el tema con ellos no se podría iniciar ningún proceso de rehabilitación. Mayor mamadera de gallo en las películas de Cantinflas.
Y es que ha sido una total falta de respeto con nuestro departamento, sabedor el Gobierno central de nuestra idiosincrasia celiana, cuando en un acto de corrupción porque así hay que llamarlo, se le confía la obra a un contratista que no tenía el músculo financiero para intervenir la vía, y solo hasta ahora después de un muerto y su reiterado derrumbe se haga una protesta y se firme un acuerdo para seguirle mamando gallo al asunto, que solo se irá a resolver cuando se construyan las vías 4G que con alharaca preelectoral anunciara el presidente Santos y el entonces vicepresidente y hoy candidato vergonzante de su partido, Germán Vargas Lleras – que serán realidad el día en que se resuelva el conflicto en el Medio Oriente -, porque no han podido resolver siquiera el paso por Pericongo. No hay de otra que acudir a las vías de hecho que anuncia la presidenta de la Duma – y ojalá no los vayan a sindicar de subversivos -, para que se nos entregue una solución real al puntiagudo problema vial.
