Más de 60 operadores de Justicia del Cauca participan en el segundo ‘Encuentro Departamental en Trabajo Colaborativo’, desarrollado en Popayán, con el propósito de compartir experiencias y socializar estrategias que permitan mejorar habilidades comunicativas y de liderazgo, mejor el servicio a las comunidades a través de los Sistemas Locales de Justicia (SLJ).
Jueces, fiscales, secretarios de gobierno, comisarios de familia e inspectores de policía de 22 municipios caucanos se capacitarán con ese objetivo, a través de actividades didácticas.
«Estamos convencidos de que entre mayor y mejor sea la calidad de las relaciones y conversaciones, más efectivos van a ser los operadores de justicia en su trabajo cotidiano”, puntualizó, Carlos Felipe Villar, facilitador del encuentro y miembro del Centro de Consultoría Sistemas Humanos.
Este encuentro, hace parte de la Estrategia de Respuesta Rápida del Gobierno Nacional para fortalecer los SLJ, implementados en 92 municipios de Colombia por el Ministerio de Justicia y del Derecho, con apoyo de la Alta Consejería para el Posconflicto, la Unión Europea, la Agencia de los Estados Unidos para el Desarrollo Internacional (USAID) y el Programa de las Naciones Unidas para el Desarrollo (PNUD).
En el Cauca dichos Sistemas son dinamizados por la Corporación Vallenpaz.
