Un positivo resultado arrojó la socialización del Estatuto Tributario entre gremios económicos promovido por la Cámara de Comercio de Neiva, FENALCO y CAMACOL, para visibilizar ante la Administración Municipal, las inconveniencias que traería el incremento desproporcionado en las tarifas tanto de Impuesto Industria y Comercio como el Predial.
Entre los asistentes al desarrollo de la jornada están, Nayarin Saharay Rojas Téllez Secretaria de Hacienda Municipal, y Rodrigo Armando Lara Sánchez Alcalde de Neiva, con quienes se acordó, no modificar tarifas de Industria y Comercio ni Predial, pero realizarán mesas de trabajo donde se analizará, cómo hacer más eficiente el cobro coactivo y aumentar la base de contribuyentes en Industria y Comercio. La Cámara de Comercio de Neiva demostró con argumentos, la existencia de un número superior a 8 mil personas con obligación de tributar, y no lo hace.
Se acordó también realizar un trabajo interinstitucional entre el Instituto Agustín Codazzi, el municipio de Neiva, los gremios económicos, CAMACOL y Cámara de C0mercio, para buscar la incorporación de 21 mil predios que no están tributando al Municipio.
“Hay que modernizar el cuerpo del estatuto, por ejemplo incluir las actividades relacionadas con el comercio electrónico, precisar algunos grupos de mejor manera, pero la conclusión fundamental con la Secretaria de Hacienda municipal y el alcalde, con los argumentos contundentes que explicamos desde la Cámara de Comercio es que no se modificarán las tarifas para liquidar el impuesto predial y el impuesto de industria y comercio”, agregó el Presidente Ejecutivo del ente cameral.
