Ya sabemos que la estrategia vil contra la Constitución y el Estado Social de derecho de Uribe y sus seguidores para mantener sus torvos intereses políticos, ha sido la de tratar de destruir a la justicia con mentiras y tergiversaciones apelando al manipulable estado de opinión, desde las épocas en que la Corte grande que presidió Yesid Ramírez Bastidas –víctima con sevicia del presidente eterno- le metió la mano a la criminal parapolítica, que abarcó el 35 por ciento del Congreso cooptado como lo dijo Mancuso por el paramilitarismo, incluido el primer primo Mario Uribe condenado por parapolítica; y por eso no resulta nada extraño que ahora la continúen con infamia por la medida de aseguramiento decretada en contra del senador Álvaro Uribe.
Y es que hay que precisar, ahora que acuden nuevamente a conveniencia al ruin expediente de la politización de la justicia en sus fallos como actos de persecución política y corrupción -porque está judicializando a los bandidos de la política-; contra quien, como presidente consideran que salvó al país de la amenaza terrorista de las Farc, que a Uribe no se le privó de la libertad por sus actuaciones como presidente -que ya sabemos en este país gozan de total impunidad porque es la misma clase política vitanda la que supuestamente le administra justicia-, sino por sus actuaciones como senador que la Corte ha considerado dolosas -soborno y fraude procesal-, en un fallo proferido por unanimidad por magistrados impolutos sin ningún sesgo político, contenido en más de 1400 folios, después de valorar probatoriamente 2400 folios de material probatorio y más de 27000 horas de grabación.
Por eso es que resulta asaz miserable, que además de tratar de intimidar indebidamente a la Corte con el subpresidente Duque a la cabeza, ahora que no se dejó presionar ni intimidar al proferir la inexorable medida de aseguramiento generando 8 investigaciones más, entre ellas al primer primo, demostrando su autonomía e independencia frente al cardumen probatorio que involucra a Uribe como determinador en los delitos por los cuales se le investiga, salgan con mayor bellaquería todos a una sus tentáculos a tergiversar el sentido del fallo, como lo han hecho las senadoras Paloma Violencia relacionando el fallo con un acuerdo de las Farc con Santos para mandar a la cárcel a Uribe, y Paola Holguín llamando veladamente a la intervención del Ejército para garantizar la justicia para su patrón político.
Mayor acto de villanía contra la justicia imposible, por parte de quienes insisten en seguir utilizando el odio y la división política para que nos sigamos matando y ellos reinando robándose 50 billones de pesos anuales, acudiendo al miedo y a la mentira reiterada, para que sea el estado de opinión el que imparta justicia a favor de Uribe, quien para abroquelar mi aserto ha solicitado marrulleramente que se levante la reserva sumarial para que sean sus seguidores los que valoren las pruebas que “demuestran su inocencia”, como lo ha reiterado su no menos marrullero abogado Granados, haciéndole coro a la abyecta conspiración contra la Justicia y el Estado de derecho.
