Si verdaderamente existiera reciprocidad con los Estados Unidos en materia de extradición, hace rato que el ex ministro Andrés Felipe Arias debería haber sido extraditado a nuestro país para que pague la condena que la Corte Suprema de Justicia le impuso de 17 años al encontrarlo responsable de los delitos de celebración indebida de contratos y peculado por apropiación en beneficio de terceros por la entrega irregular de subsidios del programa Agro Ingreso Seguro; pero en este tema impera la ley del embudo: mientras tenemos que entregar vía exprés los que pida el país del norte; vía paquidermia proceden con los que se requieran de esta republiqueta sumisa como en el caso de Uribito, pues llevamos más de 4 años implorando su extradición hasta el sol de hoy.
Y es que ahora que se vuelve a reiterar el pedido de extradición de Arias, que ha vociferado recientemente en formas falaz que fue condenado injustamente injuriando a la Corte Suprema de Justicia en coro con el ex presidente Uribe y sus secuaces del Centro Democrático, pertinente resulta recordar las razones de la condena, que no fueron otras, como quedó plenamente demostrado en la causa penal, que el haber tenido cabal conocimiento como ministro, de la ilegalidad del otorgamiento de los subsidios de AIS -destinados a pequeños y medianos campesinos- que como se probó, terminaron en manos de potentados del agro de la costa Caribe y el Valle del Cauca sin que hiciera nada para impedirlo, – los que a su vez fraccionaron los predios para obtener mayor lucro-; utilizando un convenio para evadir la licitación pública de un fondo que tenía recursos por más de 220 mil millones de pesos. No más.
Quedando demostrado igualmente que el objetivo de la punible manguala -que le robaba a los pobres para darle a los ricos al estilo de Robin Hood pero a la inversa como lo denominó con tino urticante el senador Robledo, tenía como objetivo, -cosa rara en estos politiqueros venales que abusan de la función pública-, el beneficiar con fines electorales ciertos sectores de la sociedad para que a su vez financiaran la campaña de quien había sido escogido por el “presidente eterno” como su sucesor, que era el mismo Arias.
Y recordemos también que no solo fue condenado por estos hechos penalmente, sino que en el 2011 en la Procuraduría del defenestrado Ordóñez, hoy aliado de Uribe, fue sancionado con 16 años de inhabilidad para ejercer cargos públicos, y en la Contraloría por la pérdida de más de 12 mil millones de pesos por el caso AIS, por lo que no deja de ser infamante la acusación de Arias, de que su condena fue por motivos políticos por una vendetta desatada por la Corte contra su jefe, y proferida por un “cartel de la toga” de jueces mayoritariamente corruptos, que sigue la lógica pérfida de Uribe de convertirse en víctima deslegitimando con saña como lo sabe hacer, a sus jueces. Que haya reciprocidad de parte de los Estados Unidos y extraditen sin más dilaciones a Arias, si tienen respeto por nuestra justicia.
