Cerca de 5 mil millones de pesos, provenientes de las regalías del petróleo, aprobados por la OCAD y provenientes de Ciencia y Tecnología, invertirán en 13 municipios, para ejecutar la Segunda Fase del programa Huila Digital, Instalarán 70 puntos de conectividad Wi-Fi distribuidos en Aipe, Pitalito, San Agustín, La Plata, Pital, Rivera, Campoalegre, Algeciras, Palermo, Yaguará, Tello y Villavieja, más un portal web con la oferta turística y cultural del Huila.
“Este portal va a ser una herramienta muy interesante ya que tiene un componente de productividad para las empresas, es decir, tiene un ERP básico en donde las organizaciones van a ‘parametrizar’ según sus necesidades. Tiene también la posibilidad de crear micro sitios para las empresas que no posean un sitio web”, afirmó Carolina Quintero, ingeniera de apoyo técnico y administrativo de la iniciativa a cargo de INFIHUILA.
El portal tendrá una aplicación de mapas editable, así como la geo-referenciación de los usuarios que quieran utilizarlo o el visitante potencial encuentre la información turística y cultural del Departamento.
Capacitarán a empresarios del sector turístico y cultural, tanto en la apropiación de las TIC como en temas de emprendimiento, innovación, gestión del negocio y todas herramientas para fortalecer su negocio. Certificarán a 2.000 ciudadanos digitales, especialmente personas que hacen parte del sector afín al proyecto.
“Buscamos, sobre todo, vincular a los sectores turístico y cultural, porque lo que se pretende es potenciar ese sector. Sin embargo, es una convocatoria abierta a la ciudadanía en general; se pueden inscribir personas mayores a los 15 años de edad. Este certificado lo expide el ICL Colombia y está enfocado en el uso del internet”, puntualizó la ingeniera Carolina.
