En 11 departamentos de Colombia el Ministerio de Tecnologías de la Información y las Comunicaciones (MinTIC) y Azteca Comunicaciones han instalado de los Kioscos Vive Digital que garantiza acceso, apropiación y uso de las nuevas tecnologías a los habitantes de la zona rural.
En el segundo semestre de 2017, los Kioscos Vive Digital vienen cargados de maravillosas e impresionantes historias en donde los protagonistas: niños, jóvenes, adultos y adultos mayores de las zonas veredales y más apartadas de Colombia nos comparten sus experiencias de cambio gracias al uso y apropiación de Internet.
Los campesinos nos mostraran sus proyectos de productividad agro, crianza de animales o programas de reciclaje; por su parte las amas de casa expondrán las manualidades o los pequeños negocios que emprenden gracias a las TIC y que decir de los niños y adolescentes que nos sorprenderán con sus experiencias de entretenimiento y educación.
Ellos y toda la población en general de municipios de Tolima, Magdalena, Antioquia, Santander, Caquetá, Huila, Arauca, Chocó y Atlántico, entre otros departamentos, forman parte de los casos de éxito del proyecto Kioscos Vive Digital.
